Job Description
Investment Property Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their Tualatin, OR team. This role involves maintaining the physical properties of apartments, grounds, and amenities, focusing on cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality. The position emphasizes positive relationships with residents and proactive property maintenance.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician at 100+ units
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to respond to after-hour emergencies
