Job Description
Langston Views is hiring Maintenance Technicians to perform repairs and conduct preventative maintenance throughout the apartment community. The position requires a positive attitude, strong verbal communication skills, and reliable transportation.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of Property Management Maintenance Experience
- General knowledge of plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair
- EPA Certified is a bonus
- Positive attitude with strong verbal communication skills
- Reliable Transportation
- Available for duty on a rotational basis for after-hours emergency
