Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Apartment Unit Turn Technician to ensure that vacated apartment homes are swiftly and thoroughly prepared for new residents. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, or make-ready services, and be proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, as well as drywall patching, painting, and finish work.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, or make-ready services
- In-depth understanding of apartment turn processes and timelines
- Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Drywall patching, painting, and finish work
- Light carpentry, hardware replacement, and fixture installation
- Deep cleaning and janitorial procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
- Able to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication with team members and supervisors
- Willingness to support weekend or emergency turnover needs, if required
