As a Tier 1 Technician at Clearbridge, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering calls and emails, and owning tickets from start to finish. You'll build customer relationships, recognize patterns in recurring issues, and proactively recommend solutions. You'll learn constantly through shadowing, vendor training, and hands-on problem-solving, and collaborate with a 15-person team.
