Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Business Development
- Proven track record of successfully entering international markets
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CRM systems, analytics, and sales processes
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with corporate clients
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- English proficiency at C1+ level
- Genuine passion and belief in advancing psychotherapy and wellbeing
- Self-organized, autonomous, and skilled at navigating complex challenges
