Rozmova/Clearly is a mental health platform that makes therapy more accessible, affordable, and effective, and we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the full employee lifecycle, lead performance review processes, and support career growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR & Recruiting, ideally in product companies
- Strong understanding of the employee life cycle
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to resolving employee-related challenges
