Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Direct experience partnering with Product and Engineering organizations
- Demonstrated ability in building strong, collaborative relationships with leaders and teammates
- Experience supporting managers in performance management and employee relations for a large, non-exempt population
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills
- Highly organized with the ability work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws, and industry best practices
- Familiarity with ADP, Slack and gSuite
