HR Business Partner

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Direct experience partnering with Product and Engineering organizations
• Demonstrated ability in building strong, collaborative relationships with leaders and teammates
• Experience supporting managers in performance management and employee relations for a large, non-exempt population
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills
• Highly organized with the ability work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information
• Knowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws, and industry best practices
• Familiarity with ADP, Slack and gSuite
