Requirements

• Prioritizes and delivers basic patient care
• Performs and documents vital signs
• Reports any changes observed in condition or behavior of patient
• Maintains a clean, neat, safe, and comfortable environment
• Responds promptly and appropriately to patient and family calls and requests
