Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. You'll support multiple client accounts by managing day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks, maintaining clean and accurate books, and assisting with month-end close activities.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, or accounting support
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong communication skills
