Job Description
The Tax & Compliance Officer – Financial Planning is responsible for handling tax compliance, regulatory filings, and audit coordination with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). The role also supports Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, including revenue, cost of labor, and workforce forecasting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in tax compliance, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR requirements.
- Experience in handling BIR audits and VAT refund applications is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with planning or forecasting systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
