Job Description
Clearwater is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Leader to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a natural curiosity, deep sector experience, and a passion for exceeding targets. They will be responsible for achieving sales quotas, building and expanding pipeline, and leading comprehensive demonstrations of the Clearwater platform.
Requirements
- Meet and exceed sales quotas by winning new business targeting new corporate logos.
- Build and expand pipeline by self-sourcing, collaborating with BDRs/SDRs, and driving marketing to source into prospect accounts.
- Lead comprehensive demonstrations of the Clearwater platform and products.
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand prospect pain-points, customize solutions, and document findings to support implementation and client support post-sale.
- Develop compelling proposals and RFP responses to secure new business opportunities.
- Own the market as their own book of business to drive growth and bookings.
- Serve as direct product and roadmap advocate for key prospects.
