Job Description
Client Accelerators is seeking a Junior Creative Strategist to lead creative ideation and performance across their client portfolio. This role involves team management, performance monitoring, and collaboration with media buyers and account managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance creative and a passion for driving ROI through effective strategies and execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years in creative strategy, direct response, or performance creative roles
- Proven track record managing creative teams
- Mastery in ideating and launching direct-response video ads (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with data-driven decision-making and KPIs
- Prior experience in coaching and consulting is a plus
