Job Description
Client Accelerators is seeking a Junior Creative Strategist to lead creative ideation and performance across their high-profile client portfolio (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). The role involves owning the full creative cycle from concept to launch, managing a team, and delivering exceptional results. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and have a passion for creative strategy and performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years in creative strategy, direct response, or performance creative roles
- Mastery in ideating and launching direct-response video ads (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with data-driven decision-making and KPIs
- Prior experience in coaching and consulting is a plus
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative and media buying teams
