Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for entering invoices for payment, reviewing monthly rent and note payment invoices, and scanning/filing electronic copies of all AP transactions. The role also involves processing EFTs, running the AP trial balance, and ensuring timely payment and reconciliation of AP invoices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of previous Accounts Payable experience
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills
