Job Description
The Resident Care Coordinator supervises and evaluates the care of residents in a memory care and assisted living facility. Schedules and trains care staff, and ensures the clinical services are delivered in accordance with regulations and professional standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in assisted living
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mandatory health and training requirements
- CPR and First aid certifications
- Basic computer skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
