Business Analyst

Join our team as a Business Analyst and contribute to the development of strategic Market Abuse Trade Surveillance solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, document specifications, and work with development teams to deliver solutions on AWS.

Requirements

• Strong experience in a Business Analyst role
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle (pre and post-trade)
• Strong understanding of financial transactional data and associated reference data
• Experience with data mapping and message protocols (formats such as JSON/XML/FIX)
• Experience of working across multiple asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities etc)
• Experience working with surveillance or regulatory platforms
• Familiarity with MAR, MIFID II or similar regulations
• Experience in Agile delivery environments
• Skilled at collaborating with business, compliance and technical stakeholders
• Strong data analysis skills
