Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in analysing business objectives, defining requirements, and translating them into clear, actionable deliverables for multidisciplinary technology and business teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Communications Surveillance and/or Record Keeping in the financial services or technology‐driven environments.
• Strong understanding of leading market communication platforms and related capture systems such as Bloomberg. LSEG, ICE, Symphony, WhatsApp, WeCom, Smarsh, Global Relay, Behavox, etc.
• Strong capability to analyse, document, and communicate complex requirements clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and collaborate with cross‐functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting the full project lifecycle, including backlog refinement and test support.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to translate technical detail for non‐technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working within agile or iterative delivery frameworks.
