Cloud Bridge, a fast-growing AWS partner, is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead its Philippines-based SDR team, driving growth across APAC by building and scaling a high-performing sales development function.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading SDR/BDR teams in B2B tech/cloud environments
- Deep familiarity with the AWS ecosystem
- Strong proficiency with sales tech stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach/Sequencing tools, LinkedIn Navigator, and lead databases
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable analysing metrics, optimising processes, and reporting results
