Job Description
Cloudflare is seeking a highly motivated Engineering Manager to lead the Growth Engineering team focused on Building a better Internet. The team focuses on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies and technical implementations. Requirements
- Lead and deliver on growth initiatives for customer-facing product properties.
- Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to establish outcomes and roadmaps.
- Own and lead execution of engineering projects, from conceptualization to production.
- Analyze and co-own product adoption KPIs.
- Work closely with the trust and safety team.
