Engineering Manager, Data Localization

Cloudflare is seeking an Engineering Manager, Data Localization to lead a team of engineers responsible for the Data Localization Suite of products. The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering management, significant experience as a hands-on engineer, and a track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in engineering management.
• Significant experience as a hands-on engineer.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
• Excellent at planning, creating teams and overseeing execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability.
• Experience of managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Track record of managing a diverse team including hiring, onboarding, and professional development.
• Experience of operating high performance and large scale software systems.
• Customer focused experience - managing difficult conversations with customers.
