We are seeking a Director to lead our Clover Care Services operations in Southern New Jersey, responsible for growing and managing regional provider partnerships, driving Clover Assistant PCP coverage, and ensuring operational excellence across the region.
Requirements
- Extensive provider-facing experience in Southern New Jersey, with strong healthcare relationships and an understanding of the regional market landscape.
- At least 10 years of healthcare leadership experience, with a background in value-based care, network development, or MSO operations.
- Proven track record of building partnerships, driving adoption of clinical technologies, and scaling provider engagement strategies.
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and balance strategic leadership with day-to-day execution.
- Passion for improving healthcare delivery and excitement about transforming care for Medicare patients in New Jersey.
