Provider Development Associate (Central NJ)

We are seeking a relationships-focused team member to join our Provider Success Team in a role focused on driving business and market development initiatives for our physician service operations in Central New Jersey. The Provider Development Associate will lead physician partnership development and onboarding activity for Clover Care Services in New Jersey, expanding our existing partner base and creating strong partnerships between Clover and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience establishing strong relationships with healthcare providers and practice staff
• Strong, metrics-focused, customer/provider success, clinical or account management background
• Understanding of healthcare topics, such as HEDIS, claims processing, EHRs, medical billing and coding, reimbursement models, and Medicare/Medicare Advantage
