Requirements
- 5+ years of HRBP experience
- At least 2 years supporting a technology organization or technical workforce
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience advising technical leaders on performance management, talent development, and engagement strategies
