Job Description
The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to director-level leaders in the health system. They lead HR strategies, manage large-scale organizational change, and develop retention and workforce strategies. This role involves mentorship, project leadership, and contributing to the development of the HR Business Partner team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Four or more years of experience in HR or a related role
- Proven experience supporting Director-level or senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale HR initiatives and organizational change efforts
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis tools, and organizational design platforms
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development principles
