Job Description
CLS Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain the community's physical condition and promote resident satisfaction. The role involves both customer service, property maintenance, administrative duties, and compliance with regulations. CLS Living prioritizes a positive, creative, and growth-oriented workplace.
Requirements
- Proficient working knowledge of basic building HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with make-ready unit preparation
- Construction skills including sheetrock patching, texture, painting, flooring, and carpentry
- Experience with groundskeeping and irrigation systems
