Job Description
CLS Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the community's physical condition, foster resident satisfaction, and ensure a positive workplace environment. This role involves comprehensive customer service, managing grounds and property, and maintaining administrative duties in a fast-paced, hands-on setting. Requirements
- Proficient working knowledge of basic building HVAC systems
- Proficient working knowledge of basic building electrical systems
- Proficient working knowledge of basic plumbing systems
- Experience with make-ready unit preparation
- Construction skills including sheetrock patching, texture, painting, flooring, and carpentry
- Experience with groundskeeping and irrigation systems
- Criminal background and drug screening
