Member Experience Associate responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various club operations. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and provide a clean, functional, and friendly environment for members.

Requirements

• Greet members and guests promptly
• Verify member check-in and monitor for delinquent accounts
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the club
• Respond to member requests and inquiries
• Process retail and concession sales
• Assist with Kids Club responsibilities
• Prepare and serve smoothies
• Maintain front desk area and follow opening/closing procedures
