Requirements
- Greet members and guests promptly with a friendly, positive attitude upon arrival and departure.
- Verify proper member check-in, monitor for delinquent accounts, and escalate to club leadership as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the club, including equipment, locker rooms, and bathrooms, in line with operational excellence standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
- Process retail and concession sales accurately.
- Assist members with tanning and recovery amenities, confirming proper membership access.
- Keep club studios maintained and report any issues to leadership.
- Prepare and serve quality smoothies.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and follow all opening/closing procedures.
- Complete timely and accurate member incident reports.
