Job Description
Invited is seeking a Banquet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of banquet services, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. This role involves planning and executing events, managing staffing, and communicating with event sales to ensure successful execution. The Banquet Manager will be part of the larger Club Operations team.
Requirements
- Recruit, train, and supervise banquet service personnel.
- Implement and monitor training programs.
- Create and manage staff schedules.
- Communicate with Event Sales Director.
- Review reservation books and functions sheets.
- Ensure accurate timekeeping.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown.
- Handle event payments and paperwork.
- Maintain organized and sanitary work areas.
- Handle event logistics and follow club policies.
