Job Description
Invited is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional service at events and banquets. This role emphasizes following established service standards, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for attendees. The Banquet Server will work collaboratively with the banquet team to manage the dynamic environment of private events.
Requirements
- Uphold service training standards.
- Execute F&B orders.
- Maintain knowledge of menus and dietary accommodations.
- Greet members and guests warmly.
- Address member/guest complaints.
- Prepare and set up banquet areas.
- Complete daily side work.
- Follow all company, club, and department policies.
