Job Description
Invited, a leading hospitality and service provider, is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional service at events and banquets. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality service, upholding service standards, and creating a positive guest experience. The Banquet Server contributes to a dynamic team environment by preparing, setting up, and supporting event operations.
Requirements
- Uphold service training standards and provide exceptional service.
- Execute F&B orders and maintain attention to detail.
- Maintain knowledge of menus and dietary accommodations.
- Greet and welcome members and guests with warmth.
- Promptly address member/guest complaints.
- Prepare and set up banquet areas.
