Job Description
Invited is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional service and create unforgettable moments for club members. The role focuses on managing phones, reservations, emails, and social media, fostering relationships, and promoting club offerings. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Friendly and personable with a positive attitude.
- Professional and welcoming phone demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
