This role is critical in upholding the Club's values of warmth, magic, and making members feel appreciated, and involves proactive outreach, communication, and member engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in the hospitality industry or customer-facing role.
• Friendly and personable demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
