Job Description
Invited Country Club is seeking a Director of Retail to oversee the pro-shop, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role focuses on product selection, merchandising, sales, and maintaining a seamless shopping experience. The Director will manage inventory, curate product offerings, and collaborate with the golf operations team. The club prides itself on building relationships and enriching the lives of its members and employees.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience in a golf, sports, or luxury hospitality environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of retail management experience
- Experience in inventory management, merchandising, and budget oversight (preferred)
- Leadership and interpersonal skills with a member-first attitude
- Analytical mindset with sales data interpretation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems
