Job Description
Invited is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage service within the club's restaurant operations. This role ensures exceptional member experience, maintains service standards, and supports team growth, including leading staff meetings and training. It's a hands-on position, requiring a commitment to excellence and a strong understanding of the club's values.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including spreadsheet software.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol safety.
