Chief Of Staff [Remote]

We are looking for a Chief Of Staff who works alongside the Founder to manage operational and administrative activities, build a healthy and collaborative culture, and support strategic and special projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years in consulting
• Experience in private equity
• Experience in the startup world, as a founder, or as one of the first hires in a growing startup
• Excellent analytical skills and strong confidence with numbers and projections
• Extremely hands-on approach, oriented to delivery
• Excellent relational skills, empathy, and collaborative attitude
• High autonomy, ability to prioritize, and work in fluid contexts
• Fluent English (Italian is a big plus)
• Person of total trust, able to reason like a co-founder
• Flexibility, ownership, and strong adaptation to the dynamics of an early-stage startup
• Ambition to grow with the company and contribute to building something global
