Job Description
Our client is a multinational company looking for an IT Support Manager to coordinate the IT Support team and ensure effective first-level assistance service.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the IT field, of which 2 in a coordination role
- Experience in ITSM system management (JIRA knowledge is welcome)
- Knowledge of Windows Client environments, Active Directory, EntraID
- Knowledge of the English language
