Job Description
Clutch is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success to lead a team serving mid-market and Lighthouse Credit Unions. This role focuses on ensuring customers deploy new features, realize value, and expand partnerships, with a strong emphasis on renewal, expansion, and process improvement. This is a remote position open to US-based candidates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of people leadership experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Expertise in fintech or other regulated industries
- Experience leading CSMs managing strategic customers
- Strong coaching and talent development skills
- Strong operational skills for scaling processes
- Executive presence and storytelling ability
