CLV Group is a Canadian real estate firm seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead a small team and strengthen the AP function. The successful candidate will improve accuracy, timeliness, and service through strong leadership and process improvements.
Requirements
- Post secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Five plus years of hands on accounts payable or accounting experience.
- Prior experience managing or leading a small team.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a reliable, high performing team.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working directly in the detail.
- Practical experience improving processes or systems in a working environment.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced setting.
- Clear and direct communication style with both finance and non finance partners.
- Experience with Yardi or similar ERP systems is a strong asset.
- CPA designation is an asset but not required.
- Bilingualism in English and French is preferred.
