Job Description
CLV Group is a premier Canadian real estate firm seeking a Manager Property Accounting to lead a small team and manage the accurate and timely accounting of a portfolio of properties. The role requires a hands-on leader with a strong attention to detail and ability to build a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA designation is an asset
- Five plus years of hands on accounting experience, preferably in property accounting or real estate
- Proven experience managing and developing an accounting team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines
- Clear, straightforward communication style
- Bilingualism in English and French is preferred
- Experience with Yardi is a strong asset
