Senior Financial Analyst- Property Management Finance

CLV Group is a Canadian real estate firm seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making in property management finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• CPA designation or equivalent strongly preferred
• 5-7 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably within real estate, property management, or related industry
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
• Proven ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, actionable insights
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting financial information effectively to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
• Advanced proficiency with financial systems; Yardi experience is a significant asset
