Customer Service Representative II

CEVA Logistics provides global supply chain solutions and is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to manage and request documentation, coordinate updates, and compile daily reports. The ideal candidate has experience in logistics, supply chain, or import/export coordination roles and strong understanding of shipping documentation and financial invoice handling.

Requirements

• Manage and request all necessary documentation required for import shipments
• Coordinate updates of purchase orders with suppliers
• Compile and deliver daily reports identifying potential operational risks
• Schedule and monitor export transportation
• Initiate and coordinate maritime freight requests
• Prepare and review export dispatch documentation
• Review accounts related to terrestrial transportation services
• Evaluate and verify invoices from forwarding agents
• Assess transportation planning and forwarding assignments
• Generate comprehensive monthly operational reports
