CEVA Logistics is seeking a Contract Manager to strengthen their team and ensure excellent service delivery to customers in the Benelux region. The role involves managing contracts with over 11,000 colleagues, including retail and spare-part customers. The manager will ensure operational and financial responsibility for accounts and drive customer satisfaction through strategic goal achievement and problem-solving. This position is fully P&L responsible and requires strong analytical and people skills.
Requirements
- HBO+/WO level of education
- Minimum 5 years of leading experience in logistics (warehouse and transport)
- Team player with experience in close cooperation with the customer
- Experience with SLA’s and KPI’s working.
- Excellent knowledge of logistical processes and experience with automated information systems
- Full-time availability (39.25 hours/week)
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language
