Job Description
CEVA Logistics is seeking a Global Contract Manager to be the single point of contact between the customer and their 3PL (3PL+ non neutral and 4PL neutral contracts) in the Logistics and Transportation sector. The role focuses on strategic account management, business development, ensuring contract renewals, price management, and service performance. Requirements
- Top line management (NR)
- Proactively identifies opportunities to gain new business
- Design & implement winning strategies to ensure contract renewals
- Monitors on time payment of accounts receivables
- Ownership of the Scope of work and Service Level Agreement with the customer
- Liaises with CT managers to ensure correct application in Operations
- Provides budget revisions and provides bottom-up guidance
