As a Hearing Representative at CNA, you will provide legal services to the Workers' Compensation claims department and defend CNA insureds in Workers' Compensation cases at the Workers' Compensation Appeal's Board in California or other states. You will work under technical direction and be accountable for preparing briefs, reports, and representing insured employers in hearings, settlements, and trials.
