Litigation Attorney - Workers Compensation

We are seeking a Workers Compensation Litigation Attorney to join our team at CNA. The ideal candidate will have a clear vision for their career and be passionate about workers compensation law. This role will provide full or specialized legal services to one or more areas supported, including workers compensation defense and asbestos matters.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of workers compensation law
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to exercise independent judgment and to work with and maintain confidential and sensitive information
