Job Description
We are seeking a learning-oriented IT Help Desk Technician to provide expert-level support in Information Technology systems. The right candidate will thrive as a collaborative member of our Information Technology team and take pride in their customer service skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role or similar
- Valid and unrestricted Driver's License
- Ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficiency in word processing, data entry, and telephone skills
