Job Description
Coda delivers commerce solutions that accelerate global growth for publishers. They are trusted by over 300 publishers and have been recognized as an industry leader. The Commercial Team focuses on partnerships to ensure the success of both Coda and their partners. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their client base in Japan, driving revenue growth and strategic collaborations within the region.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Experience in payments, digital content, or gaming industries preferred
- Strong track record of managing high-impact partnerships and delivering revenue growth
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or fintech environment
- Deep understanding of the payments landscape and digital monetization strategies
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close complex deals
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English and Japanese
