Job Description
The Director of Engineering will be responsible for architecting and scaling cutting-edge AI-enabled engineering processes. This leadership role focuses on building, implementing, and scaling solutions that empower engineering teams using AI tools. The role requires a builder and innovator, strong leadership, and deep AI expertise.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 in engineering leadership.
- Proven ability to lead Tech Leads or Engineering Managers.
- Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Distributed Agile practices.
- Hands-on expertise with GitHub, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, and/or C#/.NET.
- Track record of deploying AI-enabled tools and processes.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Valid travel permissions for USA and LATAM.
