Job Description
The Director of Engineering will be responsible for building and scaling AI-enabled engineering processes. This leadership role involves leading and mentoring a team of Tech Leads, driving AI adoption, and ensuring the company remains ahead of the curve. The role requires strong leadership skills and a dedication to AI innovation and engineering excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years in engineering leadership
- Proven ability to lead Tech Leads or Engineering Managers
- Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Distributed Agile practices
- Hands-on expertise with GitHub, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, and/or C#/.NET
- Track record of deploying AI-enabled tools and processes
- Knowledge of DevSecOps best practices
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
- Valid travel permissions for USA and LATAM
